What is an N244 Form?

The N244 Application notice is a court form that once completed and submitted to the court with the fee of £303 will enable the court to list a hearing at your local county court. If your case is presently with the County Court Business Centre CCBC or the County Court Money Claims Centre CCMCC then submitting this form will cause for the claim to be transferred to your most local county court and you will have to attend the hearing once listed.
