N244 Court Application Service

We will take time to establish the facts of your case and establish the Legal Grounds on which you wish to defend your claim. We will instruct a Barrister to review the merits of your case and review any contemporaneous documents you have and the Barrister may need to speak with you directly over the telephone to discuss your case. The Barrister will then draft a detailed Witness/Defence Statement along with an N244 Application Notice and ensure that this has legal merit.

This is submitted directly to the Court with a fee of £303.00, payable directly to the court His Majesty’s Courts & Tribunal Service (HMCTS). Once you have a hearing date we can arrange Court Representation via a Regulated third party Advocacy Agency, Barristers Chambers or a Barrister Directly for an additional fee, as we are Licensed by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) to instruct Counsel.
